THE EDEN CENTRE...
"Turning the vision into bricks and mortar"
Ever since we established our base here at Taupo in
OUR VISION:
The Eden Centre will become the base for Fatherheart Ministries
International:
· A centre for seeing the revelation and the outworking of
Father’s love grow and manifest.
· A place to be able to sit in the presence of God and learn to know and
walk with the Father as Jesus does.
· A place to undergird, encourage and pray for those around the
world involved in taking His love the nations
· A base of administration for the international ministry
· A place of hospitality and compassion firstly for pastors and
missionaries but others too, who need to take time out for personal retreat.
· A place of restoration and reconciliation.
· A place for those in burnout needing somewhere to rest
refresh and recover.
· A place to run specialized retreats into the Father’s Heart.
· A place to run FH Schools of different kinds
Possibilities and developments:
Over the last
few years various possibilities have come up such as the 'Perelandra' property
that we considered. These have not been realised. However the door has been
opened now to extensively redevelop the existing house.
Early in the year we applied to the
local Council for permission to upgrade the Eden Centre to where we need it to
be.
After many months of going back and
forth to the Taupo Town Council we have received permission to completely
upgrade the facilities we have here.
This will be done in 4 stages:
Stage 1 - Kitchen redesign and upgrade enabling us to cater for larger groups.
Stage 2 - An office separate from the main building. At the moment all the
administration is being done on our laps, on a chair in each of our bedrooms
and in corridors.
Stage 3 - Four bed/sitting rooms on to the west end of the
existing building which we call the West Wing.
Stage 4 - Four bed/sitting rooms onto the east end of the building, which of course we call the East Wing
Progress so far....
While we were on the Inheriting the
Nations School on Great Barrier Island one of our team members, Mark Head, who
has great skill in building and project management, as well as being a great
minister, worked exceedingly hard to complete Stage 1. This means that we came home to a beautiful new kitchen.
We are very happy to tell you
that Stage1 has been fully covered financially!

The financial need now is for release of funds to continue the work....
We do not want to get into debt during this project and will only go as far as the provisions we have on hand.
This
means we need finances to complete the Office and both West & East Wings at
each end of the building.
We are asking you to pray and believe with us for this provision.
The
finances we are looking for are:
Stage 2- $105,000 NZD
Stage 3 - $560.000 NZD
Stage 4- $400.000 NZD
This is a total of $1,065,000 NZD
(Equivalent to E 540,000 Euros / £472,900 GB pounds /
$754,400 US Dollars / Kr 4,413,000 Norwegian Kroner)

If

manifest that would be a great blessing to us and to the work Father has given
us the privilege of spearheading.
