YOUR STORIES:
A recent testimony from the "Experiencing the Father's Love" School
"We had a great time today with all the people this last week at the school. I remember James saying in one of his talks about how we are all in this together. It's funny because I have been very hesitant to email you - there are so many wonderful things I want to tell you but I never quite do it.
But I think something broke off me this morning that has held onto me for a million years. When I saw little Sarah this morning who was with you last week at the school, we just held and held each other laughing and I was so totally awed by our wonderful Father for what He is doing in her. Do you know we have known her and her family since Sarah was about four years old, and now she has come home to Papa's arms... It is utterly overwhelming. (I'm quite tearful as I write this).
You know we have all gone to so many healing seminars etc, but coming home to Father's arms is the only thing ever going to do it. Again and again we are realising more and more that He is really our home.
Anyway we sat there and we just worshipped so freely and I was able to really pray out all that was in my heart to Father with gratitude for all HE has done: His plan before the foundation of the world, His tender loving and intimate care for us.
So thats where we are today. It's so amazing to see people that you know coming home to Father when for years there has been struggles and all those other things...you know what I am talking about.
Wow.
Another very interesting thing has arisen. I met up with a Presbyterian minister from the town recently. Father has done a miracle in me to even get me to talk with such people!! They were one of the breed of people I hated!!!! Anyway they are all like brothers to me now. That’s a very big amazing thing! No more intimidation!
Anyway. I saw a copy of "The Shack" in his house one day when a group of us were having a meeting, so later I asked him if he knew about Fatherheart Ministries. He said no, but he asked me to tell him more which I did. Then he pounced on me and asked whether I would share with his church ....not one Sunday but as many as I liked! Well, I swallowed hard and said yes and I could perhaps do two Sundays.
Well, he phoned during the week and he is now is giving us five Sundays and a Thursday night. So I asked whether I could involve others and he said he trusts me. He confirmed today that we will be doing 5 weeks plus a Thursday church service! My goodness!!
Anyway, bye for now. Would love to see you again soon.
Love to you, Ray, Will, Erica, James and Denise.
