How do I join?
1. Download and print the PDF copy of the application form and mail it by surface mail.
2. OR download the Microsoft Word version of the application form, fill it in through Word and email the form to us.
3. OR complete the online application form that is on the webpage below. (NB This no longer requires a photo but if you want to send one that is great.)
3. We will confirm your membership by email and send the welcome information.
4. Your details will be sent to the Fatherheart Ministry team in your area for regular updates on their activities also.
